Functions:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for- the day-to-day staffing of cases, problem-solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Scheduling Coordinator must be able to function with minimal onsite/offsite without supervision. and may perform some or all of the duties listed below

Coordinates and ensures the scheduling of client cases daily. This includes selecting the appropriate caregiver and communicating with the family or client on an ongoing basis regarding staffing.

Anticipates staffing needs and works with the Administrator and/or Business Manager to ensure that an adequate pool of employees is maintained.


Education & Experience:


High school education or equivalent required.

Skill Requirements:

Scheduling and data entry experience preferred.

Ability to coordinate many activities at one time.

Strong customer service skills.
